Last September 2024, One Lancaster Park started with the construction of Alameda Tower and Burnham Tower.
Current construction activities include finishing temporary facilities like offices and worker's barracks, a temporary access bridge, and perimeter fence, as well as cleaning and backfilling for Towers 1 and 2 to prepare for development and roadworks.
Apart from the construction activities of the two towers, the team is also working on the construction of its upsize units.
