One Lancaster Park Tower 2 reached a significant construction milestone with its structural topping-off on May 21, 2026, following closely behind the topping-off ceremony of Tower 1 on February 26, 2026. With two of the development’s fifteen towers now structurally completed, PH1 World Developers, in partnership with Megawide Construction Corporation, continues to make steady progress in bringing this master-planned community to life in Imus, Cavite.
The Topping-Off Ceremony was graced by the PH1 World Developers Management Team, representatives from Megawide Construction Corporation, and the dedicated members of the One Lancaster Park team which drives the project forward.
